The Story

Lauren's experience started with an urge to "scratch her own itch" – graduating from university and finding meaningful work was hard. She moved to the UK to complete her Masters at the London School of Economics and there was inspired to begin investigating how she could improve the school-to-work transition for future cohorts of students. launched in April, 2008, and quickly became Canada's most popular job board and online career resource for students and recent graduates. In July, 2015, TalentEgg was acquired by CharityVillage, Canada's most popular job board for the nonprofit sector.
